Why isn’t our in-house training sufficient?

There’s no saying it isn’t! But if it was, you probably wouldn’t have made it this far. Amplifyr’s reputation hinges on being a strategy-first organization, where we always work backwards from the goal to determine what steps we take to get there. More than likely, there are some grey areas on your corporate roadmap. Those (especially) are where Amplifyr helps its clients most.

How much of a difference does your training really make?

That entirely depends on how much you stand to gain. Without wanting to speak on their behalf, our clients would indicate that the training is worthwhile (at least enough that we’re still in business). Amplifyr prioritizes partnership with our clients as opposed to one-and-done type services. Our bespoke training approach means that every development program is custom tailored to contain all of the stuff your specific organization needs, and none of the stuff it doesn’t. It’s as simple as that.

Is investing in my team really just willingly increasing my overhead?

We believe that satisfied employees in healthy work environments do better work than their counterparts. A company that invests in an employee’s development doesn’t guarantee to keep them, but it raises the bar that a competing employer would similarly have to offer. While training and workshops aren’t free, we strongly believe that the potential upside after any one of our sessions has the ability to earn your organization 5x to 50x what you put into it. We’d call that a pretty good investment.
